1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ORIELO's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

ORIELO provides .NET Core backend development and SQL database consultancy services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by ORIELO shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. ORIELO retains the right to use generic code, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project for other clients.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ORIELO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. The client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
